Arrive at Big Cedar Lodge
Check in to your accommodation at Big Cedar Lodge, and discover all of the property’s amenities!
Pro Tip: If you arrive earlier in the day before your accommodation is ready, feel free to take advantage of pool access, shopping at The Shoppe, or a leisurely stroll along our paved 5K path.
Sunset Yoga
Wind down for the day with a relaxing sunset yoga session overlooking Table Rock Lake.
Pool Party
Meet other retreat attendees and instructors before the big weekend kicks off. Take in views of the lake and splash around while a DJ plays a variety of tunes.

7PM | Chuckwagon Cooking Demonstration
Take in the beauty of Table Rock Lake during a short lake cruise before arriving at the Chuckwagon site. Watch a live-fire cooking demonstration, then enjoy dinner and entertainment by a local musician. Additional cost.

Big Cedar’s Wellness in Nature Retreat takes place May 1–4, 2025. Attendees must stay on property at Big Cedar Lodge or Angler’s Lodge. After you’ve secured your room, it’s time to register for the retreat.
The earlier you register, the more you’ll save on lodging and retreat registration.
Please note, retreat tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred for $20. Itinerary subject to change based on weather and instructors.
