Escape the everyday and discover renewal at Big Cedar Lodge’s 2026 Wellness Retreat. Set in the Ozark Mountains overlooking Table Rock Lake, this multi-day experience blends yoga, meditation, tai chi, and intention-setting workshops with the wonder of the holiday season.

You will enjoy festive evenings by the fire, whimsical Christmas light tours, and restorative activities like an evening sound bath concert all while connecting your mind, body, and spirit.

Day One
Thursday, January 8
Arrival & Intention

Check into your accommodation at Big Cedar Lodge, and discover all of the amenities on property!

Pro Tip: If you arrive earlier in the day before your accommodation is ready, feel free to take advantage of pool access, relax at the Spa, explore shopping at The Shoppe, or take a leisurely stroll along our paved 5K path.

Big Cedar’s Wellness in Nature Retreat takes place January 8 – 11, 2026. Attendees must stay on property at Big Cedar Lodge or Angler’s Lodge. After you’ve secured your room, it’s time to register for the retreat.
The earlier you register, the more you’ll save on lodging and retreat registration.

Please note, retreat tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred for $20. Itinerary subject to change based on weather and instructors.
