Work hard, sweat hard! This class is all about working up a sweat and burning calories. We will incorporate high-energy cardio and strength building moves that will leave you feeling strong! This class offers modification options for all fitness levels and allows you to work at your own pace. We will end the class with a 10-minute ab session, followed by a 10-minute stretching session.
