Resistance Band Circuit


Big Cedar Lodge

This class will focus on a tension routine that takes a full-body approach to improve strength and stability. Use a mix of seated and standing exercises with to build strength with a variety of bands. The workouts will be timed, so we will continuously perform an exercise for 30 to 90 seconds. When the clock hits zero, we’ll rest for 15 seconds together as a class, then we’ll go into our next workout. We’ll work our way through a ladder of 6-8 exercises till we do three rounds of the ladder we’ve built.

  • Yoga mats and resistance bands (Light-Heavy) will be provided.
