How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets for both the event and parking will be sent VIA Ticketmaster digitally. If there is a problem with tickets there will be a will call/guest service location on site.
How will parking work?
Parking will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking lots open 10 hours before the event starts. PLEASE CARPOOL TO ELIMINATE TRAFFIC CONGESTION! Parking Opens at 12:00PM Fri & Sat, and 9:00AM Sun.
What should I expect as far as traffic is concerned?
This is one of the most highly anticipated events in the history of the Ozarks. Please expect long traffic delays, and leave far in advance to provide as much buffer as possible. PLEASE CARPOOL TO ELIMINATE TRAFFIC CONGESTION!
Will tailgating be allowed?
Tailgating will be allowed at your vehicle prior to the event. A fan zone experience, with inflatables, food, beverage, and games will be available starting at 1:00PM Fri/Sat, & at 11:00AM Sun before the event begins. We encourage you to arrive early and enjoy the full experience! There will be no fires or grills allowed in the parking areas.
Will food be provided?
Johnny has graciously provided a $10.00 concessions voucher for each outfitter and for each guest. These vouchers will be redeemable at any concession stand.
When will I receive my food and beverage vouchers?
You will receive the FREE food and beverage vouchers for your party when you check in at the gate for each of these events. These will not be mailed/emailed or provided in advance. To receive these vouchers at the event, please be prepared to show your ticket on your mobile device AND your Outfitter ID.
What time will outfitters be permitted entry into the arena?
The gates will open with pre-show entertainment at the below times before the main event begins. Gates open at 5:00PM Fri/Sat, and at 1:00PM Sun.
What time does entertainment begin?
There will be live entertainment starting when the gates open at 5:00PM Fri/Sat, and at 1:15PM Sun, followed by a live airshow and special tribute to our veterans.
What time does Garth Brooks' performance begin?
For the FIRST TIME in the Ozarks, Garth Brooks' performance will begin at 7:00PM on Thursday, September 29th, 2022.
Will there be post-show entertainment?
There will be a fireworks show upon the conclusion of the performance.
What should I expect at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena?
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is an outdoor amphitheater. Adverse weather will be possible, so please plan accordingly.
How should I dress?
Please dress in comfortable clothing, with comfortable shoes. Expect a lot of walking.
Can I bring lawn chairs?
Chairs will not be permitted. Please DO NOT bring any type of folding chair, etc. Blankets will be permitted.
Does Thunder Ridge Nature Arena Accept Cash?
Thunder Ridge Nature Arena is a cashless facility. Please be prepared by having a credit or debit card for all concession stands, merchandise tents, etc. found within Thunder Ridge Nature Arena.
What if I am no longer able to attend?
Tickets may not be sold or given away. If you have submitted a request for tickets to either of these events and you're no longer able to attend, please notify us at press@basspro.com as soon as possible so we can remove your entry and give your tickets to another team member.
