Wedding Site Visit Request

  • Big Cedar Lodge requires a minimum of 72 hour’s advance notice to schedule a tour. Tour scheduling is based on availability with an On-Site Coordinator as well as venue availability. While we make every effort to accommodate, we prefer tours to be held Monday-Friday during business hours as venues are occupied most Saturdays and we will be assisting these events.

    Day Time Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $50 per person = $2,500 plus service charge & tax = $3,190.50
    • 75 guests at $50 per person = $3,750 plus service charge & tax = $4,785.75
    • 100 guests at $50 per person = $5,000 plus service charge & tax = $6,381.00


    Evening Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $75 per person = $3,750 plus service charge & tax = $4,785.75
    • 75 guests at $75 per person = $5,625 plus service charge & tax = $7,178.63
    • 100 guests at $75 per person = $7,500 plus service charge & tax = $9,571.50

    Top of the Rock:

    Day Time Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $75 per person = $3,750 plus service charge & tax = $4,785.75
    • 75 guests at $75 per person = $5,625 plus service charge & tax = $7,178.63
    • 100 guests at $75 per person = $7,500 plus service charge & tax = $9,571.50
