Stretch and Swing Golf Fitness Class


This class teaches stretching and mobility designed to help relax and limber up to be on top of your game! This is followed by a lesson with acclaimed golf teacher, Megan Johnston, to help you with your individual technique to improve your golf swing. This one lesson can set you up for success in many future games, so save your spot and make a difference for your next tee time!

  • Dates and Times: Select Wednesdays from noon to 1PM and Select Fridays from 4PM to 5PM
  • Location: Ozark room, Fitness Center
  • Cost: $25 per person.
