Will there be handicap-accessible parking & seating?
ADA parking will be available as an add-on during the booking process on Ticketmaster.
ADA seating will be assigned upon arrival to the venue by exchanging your General Admission ticket for an ADA ticket. This exchange will be available upon arrival at the venue.
Is the arena handicap accessible?
Yes, currently Thunder Ridge Nature Arena has ADA parking in Lot 6. There will be designated ADA platforms on the floor for Missouri Thunder Days and for the Garth Brooks concert, as well as other designated ADA seating areas.
What is the seating like?
All tickets for Missouri Thunder Days will be in assigned seats in the Floor Suite area.
The Garth Brooks Concert will offer 1200 Assigned Seat tickets in the floor-suite seats (these concert seats are all at the same price tier and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis on Ticketmaster).
For PBR Events the only available assigned seating is in the floor suite area. All other tickets have unassigned seating in the lawn area.
For the Garth Brooks Concert, there will be 1200 Assigned Seat tickets in the floor suite area, with the remaining General Admission tickets as standing-only access on the lawn area.
For security purposes, General Admission ticket holders will not have access to the floor suite area, and Assigned Seat ticket holders will not have access to the lawn area.
Should I bring a lawn chair?
No, do not bring lawn chairs. Most general admission tickets are located on a terraced lawn. We encourage you to bring blankets that lay directly on the ground if you are purchasing tickets in the lawn areas.
Are guests permitted to tailgate?
Yes, tailgating is encouraged, however, there will be no fires or grills allowed.
Are there stairs or hills to climb?
Yes. The lawn area is located on a terraced hill. This is a gentle slope but may cause difficulty with mobility issues.
How can I buy tickets?
At this time, all tickets for both the Missouri Thunder Days and Garth Brooks events will exclusively be available through Ticketmaster.
If I am a Big Cedar guest, can I purchase tickets through Big Cedar?
At this time, all tickets for both the Missouri Thunder Days and Garth Brooks events will exclusively be available through Ticketmaster. If this changes, resort guests will be notified by Big Cedar Lodge.
Is there a fee for parking?
Yes. There will be a fee for parking. Parking passes will be available for purchase through Ticketmaster when you purchase your ticket. When you arrive at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena for your event, an attendant will scan your ticket and admit you into the parking facility. Please rideshare if possible to minimize traffic congestion.
Are coolers allowed?
There will be a designated tailgating area in specific parking lots during allowed times; however, no coolers or outside food and beverage will be permitted in Thunder Ridge Nature Arena.
Can I bring food or beverage from outside the venue?
No, food and beverage from outside the arena will not be permitted.
Can I use cash to purchase concessions and merchandise?
No, Thunder Ridge Nature arena does not accept cash. Please bring a debit card or credit card to make transactions inside the venue.
Are purses/bags allowed?
Small purses and handbags are permitted and will be subject to a security check upon entering Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. No backpacks, duffle bags, large sacks, or cases will be permitted inside Thunder Ridge Nature Arena. Guests will be asked to return these items to their vehicles.
Are pets permitted?
Pets are not permitted to attend these events.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Infants 23 months and younger are permitted entry as a "lap child" and will not be required to have a ticket for entry. Any child 24 months old or older will require a ticket for entry.
Are strollers allowed inside the venue?
Strollers will not be permitted inside Thunder Ridge Nature Arena.
