Our host, Katixa Mercier – a sommelier, importer, and partner at Boutique Wine Collection – will present outstanding wines from her exclusive Austro-Hungarian collection, sharing captivating insights into the wines, their vineyards, production techniques, and history. Throughout the evening, you will enjoy five unique wines, expertly paired by the talented culinary team at Big Cedar Lodge.
