All reservations will require a deposit equaling two (2) night’s stay at the time of booking. If you are staying only one (1) night, you will be charged in full (one night) at the time of booking. The deposit is refundable, less a $100 cancellation fee, up to and including twenty-one (21) days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations made less than twenty-one (21) days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiting one hundred percent (100%) of your deposit. You will also be charged for any missed date, no show, or early departure at the nightly rate of your original reservation. If you are making consecutive or multiple reservations, a separate deposit will be required for each reservation and this policy will apply to each reservation separately.
If you make changes to your reservation at any time after booking (including changing stay dates, reducing the number of nights stayed and changing accommodation types), you will be assessed a $100 change fee.
