Wedding Site Tour Request

Big Cedar Lodge offers site tours to view venues as you prepare to say “I do.” Requests should be placed a minimum of 72 hours before the anticipated tour date and are available by appointment Monday through Friday, from 10AM – 4PM

Scheduling is based on the availability of an on-site coordinator, as well as venue availability. Big Cedar Lodge makes every effort to accommodate visitors when possible.

    Below is a quick reference guide of estimated minimum totals inclusive of service charge and tax that you can expect based on 50, 75, and 100 adult guests.

    Big Cedar

    Day Time Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $50 per person = $2,500 plus service charge & tax = $3,304.68
    • 75 guests at $50 per person = $3,750 plus service charge & tax = $4,957.01
    • 100 guests at $50 per person = $5,000 plus service charge & tax = $6,609.35


    Evening Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $75 per person = $3,750 plus service charge & tax = $4,957.01
    • 75 guests at $75 per person = $5,625 plus service charge & tax = $7,435.52
    • 100 guests at $75 per person = $7,500 plus service charge & tax = $9,914.03

    Integrity Hills & Top of the Rock:

    Day Time Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $75 per person = $3,750 plus service charge & tax = $4,957.01
    • 75 guests at $75 per person = $5,625 plus service charge & tax = $7,435.52
    • 100 guests at $75 per person = $7,500 plus service charge & tax = $9,914.03

    Evening Minimum:

    • 50 guests at $100 per person = $5,000 plus service charge & tax = $6,609.35
    • 75 guests at $100 per person = $7,500 plus service charge & tax = $9,914.03
    • 100 guests at $100 per person = $10,000 plus service charge & tax = $13,218.70

    These prices do not include location fees.
