Join us in January for four days of of movement, mindfulness, and connection at the Big Cedar Lodge Winter Wellness Retreat. Set in the Ozark Mountains overlooking Table Rock Lake, this multi-day experience features a variety of yoga and fitness classes, health-focused keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and immersive experiences.

Look forward to soul-filling sound baths, spiritual cacao ceremonies, bonding around bonfires, ice skating, polar plunge sessions, and so much more designed to restore and revive your mind, body, and spirit.

Dr. Rhonda Patrick is a scientist and health educator recognized for her leadership in aging and disease prevention. As the founder of FoundMyFitness, she provides evidence-based insights to a global audience through her website and podcast. On YouTube, she engages millions through in-depth discussions on evidence-based strategies for improving health span.

Dr. Patrick’s focus areas include genetic influences in dietary response, micronutrients, sleep, non-pharmacological approaches to mental well-being, and the surprising and paradoxical benefits of biological stressors such as exercise, heat, cold exposure, and plant phytochemicals.

As an associate scientist and board member at the Fatty Acid Research Institute, she advances understanding of omega-3 fatty acids in aging and health. Her research has been published in high-impact journals like Nature Cell Biology, Experimental Gerontology, and FASEB.

Dan Buettner is a National Geographic Explorer and multiple New York Times bestselling author. He discovered the five places in the world – dubbed blue zones – where people live the longest, healthiest lives. His work has been featured in The New York Times Magazine and National Geographic, where his stories are among the most popular ever published.

Buettner founded Blue Zones LLC, which partners with city governments, hospital systems, and insurance companies to apply lessons from blue zones to help communities live healthier. In Fort Worth, Texas, obesity rates fell by 3%, with $250 million in projected healthcare cost savings. To date, more than 70 cities have adopted Blue Zones Projects, improving the health of over 10 million Americans.

His newest book, Blue Zones Kitchen: One Pot Meals, debuted on the New York Times Best Seller list this year, offering 100 fast, affordable, plant-based recipes designed to combat chronic disease by making healthy home cooking both practical and enjoyable. Dan also hosts The Dan Buettner Podcast, which launched at #1 on the health and fitness charts, and his Netflix series Live to 100 earned six Emmy nominations and three wins.

In addition, he holds three Guinness World Records in distance cycling.
